Parlay Entertainment Inc and Chartwell Technology Inc have announced a new partnership which will see the development of a new bingo network.

Using Parlay’s front-end bingo interface and Chartwell’s administrator back-end system, the organisations expect the product to enhance the user and operator experiences.

Chartwell develop software for operators to use, without having an involvement in consumer issues or any of the online gaming business of its clients.
